Introduction

Cerium stabilized zirconia beads are different from yttrium stabilized zirconia balls. According to the different cerium oxides, the finished product colors are mainly divided into yellow/brown/black, etc. Among them, our company's cerium oxide balls are brown and yellow in color. Among similar products, our zirconium beads have high specific gravity, high strength, low wear, and long service life.

Cerium stabilized zirconia beads have gem like hardness, density, and wear resistance, making them a denser type of zirconia ceramic bead. They are particularly suitable for grinding and dispersing slurries with high viscosity, high solid phase, and high hardness. Simultaneously, it is well matched with high-energy input and high shear force turbine and pin type sand mills.

Cerium stabilized zirconia beads are particularly suitable for ultrafine dispersion and grinding in high solid content screen printing inks, offset printing inks, metal pigments, heavy calcium, non-ferrous metals, pharmaceuticals, and food industries. As a grinding medium, it can better disperse materials and achieve smaller discharge fineness.

The viscosity of the grindable slurry is high: the viscosity can reach up to 50000 CPS (centipoise).

PPM level abrasion prevents cross contamination between beads and base materials, and does not contain heavy metals, effectively ensuring the purity of materials such as traditional Chinese medicine and chemical industry during the grinding process.
