Construction of the 13,000-square-meter advanced ceramic production line in the first phase of QINGDAO SHENGAN FINE CERAMIC ADVANCED MATERIALS CO., LTD., located in the Free Trade Zone, is nearing completion.
On the morning of August 2nd, all employees, dressed in uniform, arrived at the company's under-construction plant with great enthusiasm, as that day marked the grand ceremony of the building's beam-raising ceremony. At 9:00 a.m., everyone began setting up tables, streamers, fireworks, and firecrackers. After the preparations were complete, at 10:28 a.m., the fireworks and firecrackers were set off, and the scene erupted in a clamor of excitement and explosions. This marked a new era for the company and a milestone in the its development.
Once the new plant is operational, it will have a monthly production capacity of zirconia beads 100 tons/month, nano titanium dioxide powder 110 tons/month, zirconia powder 200 tons/month. In addition to meeting the needs of existing customers, additional production capacity will be allocated to new customers and the international market.
