64 zirconium silicate powder is a non-toxic, odorless white or off-white powder, which is made from natural high-purity zircon sand concentrate, manufacturing process includes superfine grinding, impurities removal, and particle size treatment. Because of its high refractive index and stable chemical performance, it is a good opacifier with high cost performance. It is widely used in the production of various building ceramics, sanitary ceramics, daily ceramics and first-class handicraft ceramics. Also, it is not affected by the burning atmosphere of ceramic, and it can improve the binding performance and hardness of ceramic glaze significantly. Zirconium silicate powder has further application, such as the production of color picture tube, emulsified glass and enamel glaze in the glass industry.

Applications

1.Building ceramics, sanitary ceramics, daily-use ceramics, special ceramics, etc. It is an excellent and inexpensive opacifying agent in the processing and production of ceramic glaze.

2.Refractory materials and products, glass kiln zirconium ramming material, castable, spray coating, etc. 64 zirconium silicate has a high melting point at 2500℃.
